01 — Overview
Pete Health was an early stage healthcare product focused on supporting physical therapy providers and patients.
I worked with the founders and engineering team to shape the product from early ideas into user flows and polished interface designs. The work included provider workflows, patient experiences, and the responsive website.
02 — The challenge
Physical therapy involves more than a single appointment. Providers need to manage the practical details of delivering care, while patients need to understand their appointments and treatment.
The design challenge was to bring those needs together in a clear experience that felt approachable on mobile and could work across screen sizes.

03 — My role
As the first designer on the project, I worked across the product experience from early exploration through final interface design.
My work included:
- Defining user flows and designing the mobile web experience
- Designing provider onboarding and scheduling workflows
- Exploring payment, insurance, and support experiences
- Designing patient and provider experiences around appointments and treatment
- Creating responsive layouts and polished interface designs
- Working closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team on product direction and feasibility
04 — What I designed

05 — Design approach
06 — Outcome
I helped establish the early product experience for Pete Health, from user flows and mobile web interactions through responsive, production ready interface designs.
The work gave the team a design foundation for connecting provider workflows and patient care experiences.
