Gizmo is a free VS Code and Cursor extension for designers and small product teams. Ask about a screen, feature, or part of the product, and Gizmo reads the relevant code and translates it into clear product answers: what's built, what's missing, which UX states exist, what may block launch, and what changed this week.

Pauline
My career started with a simple belief: the best products make complicated things feel effortless.
Since 2018, I've worked with startups and enterprise teams to turn complex systems, workflows, and ideas into experiences people actually enjoy using. Over the years, I've designed for veterinary hospitals, educational technology platforms, healthcare products, cloud networking tools, consumer marketplaces, and enterprise software used by thousands of people every day.
For six years, I was a full-time employee at GlobalLogic, where I worked my way up from Product Designer to Senior Product Designer to Lead Product Designer. My clients there were VCA Animal Hospitals, Cisco Meraki, and Cengage.
Recently, AI changed how I think about building products.
Instead of stopping at prototypes and design files, I've been exploring how AI assisted workflows can help move ideas all the way to working software. Using tools like Claude, Cursor, React Native, Next.js, Supabase, and OpenAI, I've been designing and building independent products including WildKind and ANKrD.
Whether I'm working on enterprise software or an independent product built from scratch, the goal is always the same: solve real problems and create experiences people genuinely enjoy using.
Outside of work, I'm a mom of two, a lifelong gamer, and someone who is endlessly curious about how things work.
I was born in Hong Kong and moved to the United States as a child. That experience shaped how I see the world and taught me to adapt quickly, embrace change, and appreciate different perspectives.
When I'm away from my computer, you'll usually find me hiking with my family, planning our next trip, watching movies, exploring new technology, or getting lost in games like Final Fantasy, Ghost of Tsushima, Hogwarts Legacy, and Animal Crossing.
Whether I'm designing products, building side projects, or raising my kids, I'm driven by the same thing: curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make things a little better than I found them.
